Our Kinderinsel Mobile team consists of certified national and international educators and freelance artists.

All of them have many years of experience with children. 17 different languages are spoken by our international staff.

It is important to us that our teaching staff regularly takes part in professional development workshops to have the latest teaching methods.

All employees have to fulfill the following requirements:

• Proof of qualifications
• Certificate of good conduct (police clearance)
• Health certificate
• Knowledge of foreign language(s)
• Certificate of completion of 'First aid course for children'.

Reliability, flexibility and love of children as well as several years' experience of working with children
are all basic requirements for working at the Kinderinsel.
